HIGH CONFLICT PARENTING COURSE
The program is designed to assist parents at risk of maltreatment. It teaches strategies to successfully parent, address conflicts, handle strong emotions, and manage children’s misbehavior while keeping an eye on safety. Sessions also assist participants to identify high-risk situations and apply parenting skills to a broad range of target behaviors.

Program Length: 8 Sessions

Criteria:
Parents at risk for child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, or who evidence anger management problems, mental health issues, a history of victimization, or substance abuse problems may be referred to the program.
