PMG has seven locations and most of our therapists work at more than one of these locations. It is best to contact your group facilitator or therapist during group.

• The results of your evaluation and treatment recommendations (within 2 business days of evaluation)

• Program attendance, participation, and progress (every 30 days)

• Concerns related to excessive absences and balance (as necessary) 

• Drug screen results (as applicable)

• Successful and unsuccessful discharge from the program (as applicable)
